Picked fresh from our organic Market Garden on our Cotswolds farm.
Green curly kale is the most prolific brassica we grow at Daylesford; we plant 70,000 between April and August every year.
Simply crisp up in the oven with a little oil and salt for a healthy snack or as a salad topping, or combine with silky hollandaise in our green eggs benedict recipe.
Toss kale leaves in a moreish honey & mustard dressing with toasted pecans and shredded apple to make our orchard salad, a popular choice from our café menus.
