Radishes are packed full of vitamins and minerals, including lots of vitamin C, making them perfect for a healthy snack.
Most people know radishes raw: the crunchy, peppery root vegetables are delicious sliced or shredded into salads and sandwiches, served as crudités with dips or simply popped into a little bowl to enjoy with good crusty bread, farmhouse butter and pinches of sea salt.
But bunches of organic radishes are surprisingly versatile: try them roasted, grilled or pickled as in this recipe as a topping for miso glazed aubergine.
