Our organic shallots are smaller than onions, with a milder allium flavour. Shallots are excellent to have on hand as the versatile ingredient can be enjoyed raw in salad dressings, roasted until meltingly sweet, or sliced, diced or minced to form the backbone of any number of savoury dishes.
