FRESHLY BAKED
We bake award-winning organic bread, cakes and pastries each day in the Bakery on our farm. We use slow fermentation methods in order to develop the flavours, and shape loaves by hand in the true artisan way without the use of additives or chemicals. The fresh baked goods arrive in our farmshops just a few hours after leaving the Bakery.
THE DAYLESFORD ORGANIC BAKERY
Take a look inside our Daylesford Bakery on our Cotswolds farm, where we make all of the organic breads, pastries, cakes and biscuits that are delivered fresh into our farmshops every morning. Our products are made by hand wherever possible, we use machines to mix the dough but everything is then shaped, decanted, filled, cut and dipped by our team of talented bakers.
