Battenberg Cake
This classic chequered cake is made by hand on our farm. Our bakers sandwhich layers of pink and yellow vanilla sponge with fruity strawberry jam and wrap them in sweet almond-rich marzipan. Slice and share as part of an afternoon tea spread.
