Hot Cross Buns x4
Made by hand on our farm.
We soak the dried raisins, apricots and citrus peel in our own cider to give these fruity, spiced buns extra flavour and juiciness. The tops are glazed with a spiced cider syrup. Enjoy as they are or split in half, toast and slather with butter and jam.
