This rich and sweet brioche-like Italian cake is eaten at any time of day - even breakfast. Pairs perfectly with coffee and pudding wine after dinner, or slice and layer with cream, jam and fresh fruit or chocolate spread and nuts, for a show-stopping centrepiece.
