A treasured Bamford family recipe. Plump with soaked fruit, almonds & a hearty splash of stout and rum. Made by hand on the farm to our family recipe in a traditional sphere shape.

| How To Cook | For best results, remove all packaging, rewrap in muslin and place in a steamer, or saucepan filled to half the depth of the pudding with water. Cook for 2 hours. Top up with water as required and do not boil dry. |
