RISING IN THE EARLY HOURS OF THE MORNING, OUR BAKERS USE LOCALLY MILLED FLOUR AND SLOW FERMENTATIONS FOR OUR LOAVES, FINISHING EACH ONE BY HAND. OUR ARRAY OF TRADITIONAL CAKES, BISCUITS AND PUDDINGS FROM THE FARM ARE PERFECT FOR AFTERNOON TEA.
