The mini penyston with a seasonal twist and taken to a new level of deliciousness. Black truffle is incorporated in the curd when being placed in the mould, allowing the truffle flavour to develop with the cheese as it matures.

| How To Cook | pre-heat oven to 180ËšC. Remove cheese wrap. Bake the cheese in the paper lined wooden box without the lid, on a baking tray for 20 minutes or until soft. Perfect with toasted sourdough. |
