The mini penyston with a seasonal twist and taken to a new level of deliciousness. Black truffle is incorporated in the curd when being placed in the mould, allowing the truffle flavour to develop with the cheese as it matures.

How To Cook | pre-heat oven to 180ËšC. Remove cheese wrap. Bake the cheese in the paper lined wooden box without the lid, on a baking tray for 20 minutes or until soft. Perfect with toasted sourdough. |
