Organic Single Gloucester Cheese
Single Gloucester cheese has a Protected Designated Origin (P.D.O.) status, meaning it can only be made in Gloucestershire using the milk from a dairy herd containing Gloucester cattle.
Details | We have a passion for preserving heritage breeds and rescued a herd of Gloucester cattle which was virtually extinct. The Gloucester cow is a dual purpose animal which produces both full-flavoured beef and rich, creamy milk which we use to make our award-winning organic Gloucester cheeses. Our Organic Single Gloucester cheese has a fresh, delicate, buttery taste.
