Made using pasteurised milk from our herd of British Friesians, who roam our lush organic pastures. Aged for at least 9 months to develop a distinct full flavour. Our cheddar is made with animal rennet. We are proud to have recently won gold at the International cheese awards
Details | We’re very proud of our award winning organic Cheddar, made by hand on our farm since 2001, it was the first organic Cheddar in Britain. Because we use the milk from our own grass pastured British Friesians, you can see the change in the seasons through the colour. Tangy and mature, it goes perfectly with our red onion chutney and sourdough. You may select your preferred delivery day during check-out. Next day deliveries have a cut-off time of 12pm (please note next day delivery is not available on all items).

Your order will arrive in a Daylesford branded, 100% recycled cardboard box packed with shredded spruce from Britain and Sweden, natural sheep’s wool insulation and non-toxic chilled gel packs, all of which can be reused, composted or recycled.
