Grown and harvested in our organic Market Garden over late autumn and winter, this attractive, colourful vegetable is a cross between kale and brussels sprouts. The sweet, nutty brassica flavours and firm, crunchy textures are delicious both raw in salads and cooked as you would prepare other leafy greens.
