We choose large white cross pigs known to make exceptional bacon.
Smoked Streaky Bacon, 184g - If you like your bacon extra crispy, go for our organic streaky bacon. The creamy white fat running through each rasher ensures plenty of flavour as well as an appealingly crunchy texture when cooked. Our smoked bacon is a true smoke, using applewood chips to provide a deeply savoury flavour.
Fruit Pig Black Pudding Chubb, 350g - A mix of fresh blood, British oats and barley, British pork fat, onion and spices, Fruit Pig black pudding is succulent and rich and incomparable to mass-produced, dried blood versions.
