While not certified organic, this product comes from trusted partners who share our passion for exceptional quality and environmental stewardship.
| Details | We work with a sustainable smokehouse on the edge of the Royal Forest of Dean, with over 20 year’s experience. They source only from high-welfare organic British fish farms, wild streams and rivers. The fish are salted by hand before being gently smoked over smouldering oak. This careful, slow process results in rich, melt-in-the-mouth fish of the highest quality. Serves 5-6 people.

Your order will arrive in a Daylesford branded, 100% recycled cardboard box packed with shredded spruce from Britain and Sweden, natural sheep’s wool insulation and non-toxic chilled gel packs, all of which can be reused, composted or recycled.
