Details	Bean to bar, 65% cocoa dark chocolate. SUSTAINABLE ETHICAL CHOCOLATE The cocoa was grown on Seram Island in Indonesia, one of the most remote cacao territories in the world, located on the edge of Manusela National Park. The single-estate farm prides itself on gender empowerment initiatives with over 40% female employees and provides jobs for the tribal communities in the surrounding forests and mountains. The farm also contributes to the community by supporting local schools, constructing medical facilities and renovating churches and mosques.
