| Details | After harvest, it's ground under a natural limestone millstone, at a traditional Dorset watermill. A slow and gentle process, it protects the nutritional value of the organic wheat, and its flavour. |

| Packaging | This box is printed on 100% recyclable card, and the inner tray is made of recyclable PET. However the plastic wrap is not currently recyclable. |

We use DPD to deliver items to addresses throughout mainland UK.
You may select your preferred delivery day during check-out. Next day deliveries have a cut-off time of 12pm (please note next day delivery is not available on all items).
