Water, onion and carrot combined with tomato purée and herbs to build depth

Pour into a saucepan and heat for 6-8 minutes over a medium heat, stirring occasionally. Avoid boiling. Use as a base for soups, stews and curries, or drink hot as a nourishing broth.

Keep refrigerated 0–5˚C, once opened use within 24 hours. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase: use within one month. Defrost fully in the fridge before use. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.

The plastic is not currently recyclable, but is BPA-free and as light as possible to minimise its carbon footprint.
