Gaven Chef Mouse Decoration
Gaven is the creative chef behind the menus, deli counter dishes and food to go across our restaurants and Farmshops at Daylesford, and this Chef Mouse is his festive double. Dressed for the kitchen in a tall hat and checked trousers, each mouse is made by hand in India from felt wool with cotton details by artisans supported by the Lady Bamford Foundation. He makes a charming stocking filler for a host, or a perfect addition to the Christmas tree of a keen cook or pudding lover.

LADY BAMFORD CHARITABLE TRUST
The Lady Bamford Charitable Trust was founded in 2000 with the simple objective of helping people from the most disadvantaged quarters in India access a better quality of life. Over the course of its 20 years, the scope of LBCT’s focus has grown from providing support to children in a single school, to initiatives that touch lives in over 70 communities.
The trust’s work includes supporting the quality of education within schools, providing skills and training to help prepare pupils for life after school, and teaching women and young men traditional crafts, showing them how to use these skills to provide valuable employment.
