Sarah Raven made a visit to our Cotwolds Farmshop to celebrate the launch of her latest book, ‘A Year of Cut Flowers’. Before an inspiring evening at Heritage House in conversation with Jez, our Head of Market Garden to discuss all things cut flowers, she stopped in to gather a basket of her much‑loved staples. From globe asparagus and seedy bread to a classic pork pie – which she plans to pair with her own homemade chutney – plus a few irresistible Easter treats, Sarah shared some of the Daylesford favourites she never leaves without.
