This selection from our farmshop shelves includes organic rib-eye steak prepared by our butchers and dry-aged for 35 days in Himalayan salt chambers.  

Creamy dauphinoise potatoes, roasted Mediterranean vegetables, a delicious fruity crumble made by hand in our Patisserie and one of our favourite Italian red wines complete the feast.
