Made using the ‘spiker’ antlers naturally shed by the young red stags of our organic deer herd on our farm in Wootton, Staffordshire; each piece in this cutlery collection is unique. Crafted in stainless steel, it is made using traditional methods and machinery in Lancashire.

WOOTTON ANTLER COLLECTION

Wootton is home to our herd of almost 1,000 red deer – the first and largest deer herd to be certified organic in the UK - The Wootton Collection is named after our estate in Staffordshire.

Spikers are grown by young male deer less than two years old, before growing a full set of antlers. These are naturally shed.
