We are committed to not wasting a scrap of food at Daylesford for many reasons. For starters, we know how much hard work goes into farming, growing and producing every mouthful. When we waste food, we waste not just the nourishing nutritional value, but the resources, energy and water that have been used to produce, package and distribute it.
More importantly, food waste has grave environmental consequences, whether that is unused or unsold food from restaurants and shops, or food we buy that goes uneaten and gets thrown in the bin.
The contents of our zero waste boxes change according to all kinds of reasons from surplus stock to seasonal gluts, and as such, the contents will vary too.
Please note the products will have a short shelf life and may contain allergens. Due to the zero waste nature of this product, we cannot accommodate dietary requirements.
