Cooked lamb tops (55% Heart/Lung), Onions, Beef Suet, Oatmeal (OATS), Barley (BARLEY), Water, Salt (E535 anti-caking agent), Pepper, Spices.
Fruit Pig haggis contains gluten (oats and barley).
2 weeks in the fridge or 6 months in the freezer.
Pre-heat oven 150-180°c, remove any labelling. Foil-wrap and place in a small oven proof dish. Pour in boiling water to 2-3cm deep. Cook until piping hot in middle for 60 mins. Quickly check water level every 40 mins and refill with boiling water if needed.
If cutting up, be careful of bursting hot juices near exposed faces. Make sure the metal clips are removed before serving.
