Organic grass-fed mint & rosemary lamb is delicious cooked outside over hot coals and served with white beans and salsa verde mayonnaise. Our succulent organic lamb is raised outdoors on lush grass and wild forage.

Storage advice

Keep refrigerated 0-5°C. Consume within the use by date. Once pack is opened use on the same day. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.


The tray is 70% post-consumer recycled plastic and is fully recyclable. The FSC-certified cardboard is fully recyclable. Currently the film is non-recyclable.

Packaged in a protective atmosphere.

Cooking Instructions

For perfectly cooked lamb, our head chef recommends:

Grill – Drizzle with a little oil, gently pan fry or grill for 8 to 10 minutes, turning regularly until the meat has browned on all sides, and until juices run clear. Allow to rest for a few minutes before serving.
