Organic grass-fed beef minute steak with a sweet & smoky mustard rub. Minute steak is a tenderized steak of boneless beef cut from the sirloin and should be cooked quickly to retain its succulence. Perfect served with tomatoes and feta, drizzled with a mint, lemon and olive oil dressing.

We favour traditional and rare breeds and our organic beef herd comprises South Devon, Gloucester and Aberdeen Angus animals, all raised on lush clover-rich grass pastures and wild forage throughout their lives, producing the best quality tender, succulent meat. We mature our prime steak cuts on the bone for at least 21 days to allow the meat to develop a better texture and intensified flavour.

Storage advice

Keep refrigerated 0-5°C. Consume within the use by date. Once pack is opened use on the same day. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.


The tray is 70% post-consumer recycled plastic and is fully recyclable. The FSC-certified cardboard is fully recyclable. Currently the film is non-recyclable.
