Organic grass-fed beef rump steak with a sweet & smoky mustard rub. Perfect with a heritage tomato Panzanella salad, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.
We favour traditional and rare breeds and our organic beef herd comprises South Devon, Gloucester and Aberdeen Angus animals, all raised on lush clover-rich grass pastures and wild forage throughout their lives, producing the best quality tender, succulent meat. We mature our prime steak cuts on the bone for at least 21 days to allow the meat to develop a better texture and intensified flavour.

Keep refrigerated 0-5°C. Consume within the use by date. Once pack is opened use on the same day. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.

For perfectly cooked beef, our head chef recommends:
Pan Fry – Heat a little oil in a pan until searing hot. Add steak to the hot pan. Seal on a high heat on each side until golden-brown. Reduce to a medium heat and cook according to the thickness of the steak and your preference, turning regularly, until juices run clear.
Barbecue – Drizzle with oil, cook on an open grill turning regularly until the juices run clear
Grill – Preheat grill to a medium heat. Brush with oil, place under the grill and cook according to the thickness of the steak and your preference, turning halfway through cooking time, until the juices run clear.
