Organic Sweet & Smoky Beef sirloin steak 227g
Organic grass-fed beef sirloin steak with a sweet & smoky mustard rub. Cut from the leaner part next to the ribeye, sirloin provides a similar depth of flavour with a melting, juicy texture and less fat. Perfect with celeriac and wholegrain mustard remoulade, or a heritage tomato Panzanella salad, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.
We favour traditional and rare breeds and our organic beef herd comprises South Devon, Gloucester and Aberdeen Angus animals, all raised on lush clover-rich grass pastures and wild forage throughout their lives, producing the best quality tender, succulent meat. We mature our prime steak cuts on the bone for at least 21 days to allow the meat to develop a better texture and intensified flavour.
