Organic Lamb Burgers
ORGANIC LAMB BURGERS
Juicy and flavourful, these organic lamb burgers are an excellent choice for your barbecue this summer. Sizzle over hot coals or cook in hot pan as you would a steak. Organic lamb raised outdoors on lush grass and wild forage.
PAN FRY for 14-16 minutes. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan. Place burgers into the pan. Turn occasionally until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Wash hands, knives and surfaces thoroughly before and after preparing raw meat.
Lamb (92%), seasoning (breadcrumb (fortified wheat flour (with added calcium carbonate*, iron*, niacin*, thiamin*), water*, salt*, yeast*), sea salt*, sugar, tomato powder, rubbed peppermint, antioxidant (ascorbic acid)*, rubbed parsley, rapeseed oil, cracked black pepper), water*. *Non organic.

Keep refrigerated 0-5°C. Consume within the use by date. Once pack is opened use on the same day. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
