Organic Lamb Sausages
ORGANIC LAMB SAUSAGES
With a delicious, distinctive flavour, these organic lamb sausages are a great choice for barbecues. Cook over hot coals or alternatively, sizzle in a frying pan until browned all over before finishing in the oven for maximum flavour and succulence. Organic lamb raised outdoors on lush grass and wild forage.
FOR PERFECTLY COOKED, JUICY SAUSAGES OUR HEAD CHEF RECOMMENDS:
TO FRY OR GRIDDLE: cook with a little oil on a medium heat for 4-6 minutes, turning regularly until a nice
golden brown colour all over. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C (160°C fan)/Gas mk 4 for approximately 8-10
minutes until cooked through with no pink meat in the middle and enjoy.
TO GRILL: cook with a little oil under a medium preheated grill for 10-12 minutes, turning regularly until a
nice golden brown colour all over and cooked through with no pink meat in the middle and enjoy.
TO BARBECUE: drizzle with oil, cook on an open grill turning regularly until the juices run clear, with no pink meat.
Lamb mince (85%), breadcrumb (fortified wheat flour (calcium carbonate*, iron*, niacin*, thiamin*), water*, salt*, acidity regulator (ammonium hydrogen carbonate*)), seasoning (potato starch, sea salt*, dried rosemary (0.3%), acidity regulator (ascorbic acid*), cracked black pepper, ground sage, ground coriander, ground nutmeg (0.2%), ground rosemary (0.2%), rosemary extract (0.2%), ground cayenne), water*, pork casing*. *Non-organic.

Keep refrigerated 0-5°C. Consume within the use by date. Once pack is opened use on the same day. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase.
Use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
