Storage Advice

For medium pork, cook for 30 minutes per 500g plus 30 mins. For well done, cook for 35 mins per 500g plus 35 mins. These are guidelines only as cooking appliances do vary. Always ensure that meat is cooked thoroughly and piping hot.
