ORGANIC CHILLI & CORIANDER PORK SAUSAGES
An excellent addition to a barbecue spread, these organic chilli & coriander pork sausages can be served in crusty rolls with your favourite toppings, or alongside fresh raw salads. For maximum flavour and succulence, cook over hot coals or sizzle in a frying pan until browned all over.
The pork is from free range, organic, outdoor bred pigs, sourced from an organic farmer in Gloucestershire who shares our values in animal welfare and meat quality.
FOR PERFECTLY COOKED, JUICY SAUSAGES OUR HEAD CHEF RECOMMENDS:
TO FRY OR GRIDDLE: cook with a little oil on a medium heat for 4-6 minutes, turning regularly until a nice
golden brown colour all over. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C (160°C fan)/Gas mk 4 for approximately 8-10
minutes until cooked through with no pink meat in the middle and enjoy.
TO GRILL: cook with a little oil under a medium preheated grill for 10-12 minutes, turning regularly until a

Keep refrigerated 0-5°C. Consume within the use by date. Once pack is opened use on the same day. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase.
