ORGANIC PORK SAUSAGES
Perfect as part of a barbecue or served with mashed potato and gravy, these organic pork sausages have plenty of rich, meaty flavour.
We recommend cooking over hot coals or sizzling in a frying pan until browned all over.
The pork is from free range, organic, outdoor bred pigs, sourced from an organic farmer in Gloucestershire who shares our values in animal welfare and meat quality.

Cook with a little oil on a medium heat for 4-6 minutes, turning regularly until a nice golden brown colour all over. Place in a preheated oven at 180ᵒC (160ᵒC fan)/Gas mk 4 for approximately 8-10 minutes until cooked through until juices run clear and the sausages are piping hot.

Wash hands, knives and surfaces thoroughly before and after preparing raw meat.
You’ll never be given a plastic carrier bag in our farmshops, and for this packaging we’ve chosen a tray that is 70% post-consumer recycled material. Like this FSC-certified cardboard, it is fully recyclable.
