If you like your bacon extra crispy, go for our organic streaky bacon. The creamy white fat running through each rasher ensures plenty of flavour as well as an appealingly crunchy texture when cooked. Try grilling until deep brown and crumbling over a chicken Caesar salad. Or make the ultimate BLT sandwich with fresh lettuce, slices of ripe tomato and lashings of rich mayonnaise.
For perfect bacon, place under a hot grill for 5-6 minutes, turning halfway through, until crisp on both sides. Alternatively, shallow fry: heat a little in a little oil in a pan and fry bacon for 5-6 minutes turning occasionally until sizzling.
All of our bacon is dry cured using traditional methods. Our smoked bacon is a true smoke, using applewood chips to provide a deeply savoury flavour. The pork is from free range, organic, outdoor bred pigs, sourced from an organic farmer in Gloucestershire who shares our values in animal welfare and meat quality. We choose Large White pigs crossed with Duroc, known for intramuscular fat and marbling, which helps with flavour and succulence.

Storage: Keep refrigerated 0-5°C. Consume within the use by date. Once pack is opened use on the same day. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
