Shelf Life: fresh product, minimum life of 2 days
Cooking Instructions: Season with a little salt, pepper and oil, and fry in a hot pan until golden brown, about 5 – 8 minutes. Rest for 2 minutes. The meat should be cooked through with no pink meat and juices running clear.
Refrigerate 0 – 5*C.
Good to freeze: freeze on day of delivery and defrost before use
