Moist and fruity mince pies made by hand on our farm with rye and rice flour instead of wheat.

PASTRY (47%): rye flour, white rice flour, unsalted butter (20%) (milk), egg yolk, sugar, water*, salt*. FILLING (53%): apples (26%), raisins (sunflower oil) (4%), sultanas (sunflower oil) (4%), crystallised ginger (ginger, sugar) (4%), light brown sugar, currants (1%), brandy (1%), sustainably sourced palm fat, flaked almonds, dried cherries, orange zest, candied orange and lemon peel (corn glucose syrup, orange and lemon peel), lemon zest, nutmeg, mixed spice (coriander, cinnamon, cassia, nutmeg, allspice, clove, ginger, cardamom), salt*).
