Organic Rhubarb & blackberry Crumble 300g
Tart, pink rhubarb & berries topped with gingered oat crumble.
Remove plastic wrap. For best results cook in the oven for 20 minutes 170°C/150°C fan/gas mark 3. Or remove from wooden tray, place on a microwaveable plate and microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds on the highest setting (800w), though the crumble topping won’t be as crisp. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Instructions are a guideline only as appliances may vary.
FILLING: rhubarb (32%), apples(16%) (antioxidant (absorbic acid*)), blackberries (16%), sugar, lemon zest. CRUMBLE: unsalted butter (milk), fortified wheat flour (calcium carbonate*, iron*, thiamin*, niacin*), light brown sugar, oats (3%),candied ginger (0.9%) (ginger, sugar), ginger spice. *Non-organic.
