Our Daylesford Kimchi is a raw vegan product created to utilise gluts from the garden. It has a sour, hot flavour with a pleasant acidity and a slight effervescence. Delicious in a noodle & chicken broth or with our Daylesford salmon on charcoal biscuits. Packaged simply in glass jars with tag, twine and ingredients label.
