Market Garden Kimchi
Our Market Garden Kimchi is a raw vegan product made by hand on our farm using artisanal preserving methods, to make the most of the seasonal abundance from our Market Garden and ensure we don’t waste a scrap of food.
Live ferments are associated with gut health and our Market Garden Kimchi has a sour, hot flavour with a pleasant acidity and a slight effervescence. A delicious condiment to enjoy with rice, noodles or chicken broth, or try with scrambled eggs.
Packaged simply in glass jars with tag, twine and ingredients label.
