Market Garden Fermented Radish
Giving new life to seasonal abundance from our farm. All profits from this delicious range of seasonal ferments are given to The Felix Project, who collect surplus food to provide charities with healthy meals for the most vulnerable in our society.
Our artisans simply add salt to raw shredded radishes from our Market Garden, before packing into fermenting vessels and leaving for five weeks to let the lacto-bacillus acidify.
The resulting flavour is smooth with a pleasantly sharp, acidic finish. Market Garden Fermented Radish works well tossed with salads, in omelettes or added to roasted vegetables. It is also an unusual garnish for a BLOODY MARY cocktail.
