Daylesford Organic Chicken Bone Broth
Our Daylesford Organic chicken bone broth is made from our own organic free range chickens. Slow cooked for hours to release the hard-to-get goodness within the bones. We’ve simmered organic chicken bones from our own farm for hours to release the gelatin and nutrients held within, delicious to drink or cook with. All of our organic meals, soups and bone broths are made by hand on our farm,using fresh produce and slow cooking to bring out the natural flavours.
We’ve been farming organically for over 35 years with a simple pleasure for real food. We use solar energy generated on our farm, and the kitchen peelings are returned to the soil through composting in our organic market garden. Visit http://www.daylesford.com for more information on what we do.
Pour into a saucepan and heat for 5 minutes over a medium heat, stirring occasionally- don’t let it boil. Alternatively pour into a microwave bowl and cover. Heat on full power (800w) for two minutes, stir and heat for further two and a half minutes until piping hot throughout. Instructions are a guideline only as appliances may vary.

Keep refrigerated 0-5ºC, once opened use within 24 hours. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase: use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
