ORGANIC VENISON RAGÙ WITH MUSHROOM & BACON



Lean venison from our Wootton Estate, sautéed with mushrooms and bacon in creamy tomato sauce, finished with a drop of red wine and thyme. Delicious with a jacket potato or fresh pappardelle and Parmesan. Our organic meals, soups and broths are made by hand on our farm and slow cooked to bring out the natural flavours.

Heat for ten minutes in a saucepan over a medium heat, stirring occasionally – don’t let it boil. This is a guide only
