Creamy cooking sauce, with earthy mushrooms, tangy nutritional yeast and cauliflower. Stir into hot tubetti rigate pasta and top with crunchy garlic breadcrumbs or serve with gammon steak. An excellent alternative to béchamel over lasagne.

Serves two. Ready in 5 minutes. Powered by plants, 100% Vegan.

Cooking Instructions

READY IN FIVE MINUTES Pour into a saucepan and heat for 5 minutes over a medium heat, stirring occasionally – don’t let it boil. Do not reheat once cooled. Check food is piping hot. This is a guideline only as appliances may vary.

Organic Ingredients

Water*, cauliflower (36%), onions, oat milk, mushrooms (13%), sunflower oil, rice flour, yeast extract (yeast, sea salt*), garlic puree, nutritional yeast* (0.7%), vegetable bouillon powder, salt*, thyme, onion powder, worcester sauce, black pepper, mustard powder, nutmeg, cayenne pepper.

OAT MILK: natural spring water*, oats (11%), cold pressed sunflower oil, sea salt*.

VEGETABLE BOUILLON POWDER: rice flour, sea salt*, maltodextrin, vegetables (8%) (onion, carrot, parsnip, pumpkin), yeast extract*, sunflower oil, turmeric, mushrooms (white mushroom, shiitake), parsley, concentrated vegetable juice (onion, carrot), lovage, garlic, fennel seed.

WORCESTER SAUCE: water*, vinegar, raw cane sugar, molasses, balsamic vinegar, tamarinds, tamari (soya beans, sea salt*), onions, sea salt*, blackcurrant syrup, garlic, oranges, chilli, red pepper, ginger, cardamon, coriander leaves, cinnamon, basil, parsley, coriander, nutmeg, black pepper, cayenne pepper, pimento. *Non-organic.
