Thick, velvety soup with the earthy, woodland flavour of mushrooms and black truffle, with fresh mascarpone and a splash of cider. Delicious with buttered sourdough. Our organic meals, soups and broths are made by hand on our farm and slow cooked to bring out the natural flavours.

Storage Advice

Keep refrigerated 0-5˚C, once opened use within 24 hours. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase: use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
