PATE: duck livers (43%), pork fat, shallots, Cognac (9%), egg, unsalted butter (milk), breadcrumbs (fortified wheat flour (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), salt, yeast), white pepper, garlic, preservative (sodium nitrite, salt), parsley, thyme, nutmeg, ginger, cloves. Sealed with unsalted butter (13%) (milk).
