For these biscuits, we’ve grown our own organic wheat on our farm in the Cotswolds. After harvest, it’s ground under a natural limestone millstone, at a traditional Dorset watermill. A slow and gentle process, it protects the nutritional value of the organic wheat, and its flavour.
Fortified Daylesford Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate*, Iron*, Niacin*, Thiamin*), Salted Butter (31%) (Cream (Milk), Salt*), Sugar, Dark Chocolate Chips (9%) (Cocoa Mass, Cane Sugar, Emulsifier (Soya Lecithin)), Rice Flour. Dry Cocoa Solids 49.3%. *Non-organic.
