Organic Slow Dried Tomatoes 280g
A splendid ingredient for the larder. Ripe, flavourful tomatoes grown in Puglia, Southern Italy are slow dried and marinated in extra virgin olive oil.
Sweet and succulent, their intense flavour is ideal for pepping up pasta, pizza, salad, chicken or fish. Delicious with capers, olives, bacon, hard cheeses and natural partners for basil, thyme and garlic.
Tomatoes (60%), extra virgin olive oil (39%), sea salt*, garlic oregano. *Non organic.

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and cover tomatoes with olive oil. Use within 2 weeks.
