Organic Tri-colour Quinoa 500g
This attractive combination of red, white and black seeds is highly deserving of a place in your kitchen cupboards. As well as being a feast for the eyes, our tri-colour quinoa packs a nutritional punch with amazing levels of plant protein and adds a delicious texture and flavour to food. Prepare as you would rice or barley as a bed for stews, casseroles and curries, serve as a side dish, or make a delicious tabbouleh-style salad with finely chopped fresh parsley, mint, cucumber and lemon juice.

for 2 servings. Place 100g quinoa in a saucepan and dry toast for 2-3 minutes. Add 400ml hot water or stock. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer over a low heat for 25 minutes, or until tender, stirring occasionally.
Store in a cool dry place. Once opened store in an airtight container.
