Giving new life to seasonal abundance from our farm. All profits from this delicious range of seasonal ferments are given to The Felix Project, who collect surplus food to provide charities with healthy meals for the most vulnerable in our society.
Our Fermentary artisans at the farm were inspired to create this Market Garden Fermented Squash using gluts of squash along with garlic, cardamom and onion seed.
The end result is a fresh, slightly acidic flavour with a well-balanced kick of garlic and a satisfying umami finish.
