This product is not a ferment but a pickle; this means its uses vinegar to preserve the product rather than fermentation. Traditionally made at harvest using gluts from the garden, our first batch is made with cauliflower and cucumber. Perfect with our Gloucester ham or our Single Gloucester on seven seed sourdough, all made on the farm.
