Market Garden Pickled Black Radish 700g
This is a simple lactic fermentation and completely raw, made in a similar way to our sauerkraut, 3% salt is added to Julienned black radish before it is packed into the ferementers and left for five weeks so the Lacto-bacillus can acidify. Black radish contains high levels of vitamin c, perfect fro the dark winter months.
This product can have a unique brie like smell when you first open it, however the radish flavour is creamy with an acidic finish. It works well through salads, in omelettes or added to roasted vegetables or even use as a garnish to a bloody mary!
